Although the solution seems difficult, such a fix in this situation isn't that difficult. While search engine optimization efforts should have been streamlined around both services since the site was made, it's never too late for the owner to initialize a new campaign centralized around both needs.

The owner should simply begin to add new information about the field to its web page, including a description of its services, and modification of existing pages. Creating a new website from scratch is simply overkill, and is likely to result in lower search engine rankings across the web.
